Scott Weitz's education started with business before venturing into law at Arizona State University and Taxation Law at the University of Washington.  He went on to open a boutique law firm in Kirkland. During this time, he found his passion in Commercial Real Estate, specifically around investments and as a result Weitz Commercial was formed in 2012.

Nate is a graduate of Washington State University and has worked with Weitz Commercial since 2023 in various roles from extensive market research, lease analysis and heads the market analysis in uncovering project value whether it be favorable zoning to under market lease rates or just staying on top of all the local real estate data/ news affecting our clients. He is an Alumni of Jackson High School in Mill Creek and longtime Snohomish County resident. When Nate isn’t combing the Commercial MLS for opportunity, he enjoys golfing, all forms of outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.
